"Pros: very lovely staff, beautiful beach, nice guest rooms, great location and pretty pool. Room for improvement: the included breakfast was underwhelming and did not change day to day. Coffee wasn’t very good. We were quoted one price for amenities and the bill reflected a larger price. In an attempt to rectify, it seemed we would have to throw an employee under the bus to do so, so we didn’t. The provided snorkel gear is leaky/cheap. There are no ice machines but the staff will give you some if you ask. Wish the pool stayed open past 10pm."

"The Windsong property is extremely clean and the staff was so gracious and helpful. All of the meals you cooked to perfection or made as ordered. The property has such beautiful views of the sunset and the added benefit of being right next to the coral reef made our stay even better. Bring your own snorkel gear and floating chair for the water."

"We had an amazing time celebrating our 1 year anniversary! The best sunset views and fast access to the beach. The food at the Cabana was very good. Staff were very friendly. We had an amazing, relaxing time. It is also accessible to the town by shuttle. Would definitely stay there again!"

"We had such a wonderful stay! The ocean and beach are absolutely breathtaking — the water is truly one of the most beautiful we have ever seen. The entire property is gorgeous, peaceful, and very well maintained. We were traveling with our two teenagers, and our accommodation was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and very well laid out for our family. We had plenty of room and never felt crowded, which made our stay even more relaxing. The housekeeping team also did an amazing job keeping everything beautifully clean and organized throughout our stay. What really stood out to us was the staff — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. We felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end. The combination of the breathtaking ocean, beautiful property, spacious accommodations, cleanliness, and exceptional service made our stay very special. We would absolutely love to come back!"

"Incredible experience- beautiful and well maintained property. Staff were all very guest focused and rival Disney to make your experience amazing. Food and entertainment were also excellent. Our room was newly remodeled and had a great view. Furniture was comfortable- including the pull out couch for my daughter. Fun activities for kids. We loved it and will be back."
