I paid for a double standard room and I was assigned a single room with very low cold water pressure and no hot water. An employee came to the room to fix it and went away saying he was coming back but never appeared again.

Marilou is the best. She was very helpful. She walked me to the little Local bus that would take me to Caral. And insured a ride back. I felt super safe and very comfortable.
