파트나, 비하르의 가족 여행 호텔

“1. Room was absolutely sparkling clean - towels, bed linen, floors, table chairs - all very clean 2. Dinner was very good, breakfast was ok. 3. Service was excellent - gentleman at reception was very efficient and kind. As a solo woman traveller, i felt safe and comfortable”

“Yes”

“The check-in process was slow, taking 15-20 minutes. The room felt neglected, small, and very old. The pool was dirty and unusable. The mattress was average. The breakfast spread was disappointing, with hardly any tasty dishes. The hotel’s location was also poor. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money.”

“Hotel was not good. When i reached to the reception area the manager only asking about that how much i paid . And when i said the amount he give me a basic room and said that in this price you get this basic room only but on website it showing totally different. They don't have idea of complimentry breakfast. When i asked they said we will give you poori bhaji butblater he give fruit only. They don't have dining area. There is no telephone in room for ordering anything. Don't go on review...

“Property was average & not worth the money at all. I feel cheated by expedia. Amenities were average and staff not at all professional & unfriendly. Food quality was average . Washroom was stinking and room cleanliness was below average.”

“Good Location hotel.. Good behaviour staff in hotel.. and overall value for money.”

“Location- for visiting Patna Sahib this is around 3 km away and you can get there via a tuk tuk which is Good. Hotel - when we arrive the staff were reluctant to give us the Superior Rooms we had booked and stated there couldn’t find the booking. Rooms - rooms were not cleaned or prepared, no toilet rolls, no towels, no tea or coffee. Staff - some were really helpful and others were not. Food - was really good, we stayed 2 nights, 2nd evening the food we ordered was cold and it took several...

“The access to location was impossible. Had to carry luggage for almost 100 meters to get into hotel. The area was extremely in bad shape as the property was off road, next to residential properties and not well maintained infrastructure. The rooms, lobby, hallway, bathroom were very dirty, not cleaned, filled with junks in the hallway and dirty linens. Will not recommend anyone.”

“The rooms are quite compact and feel cramped for two guests. The property is roughly 1.6 km from Patna Railway Station, rather than the 1 km stated. On the plus side, the rooms are neat and clean.”

“Terrible experience, was denied booking. Fraud. Everything was used sheets, pillow, blanket. No cleanliness. Avoid booking here else you’ll regret it.”

“Our room was dirty, the sheets gross. We asked to replace them and they turned up with two other sheets that were as dirty. Had to constantly remind the staff to please bring us the bare necessities like towels and toilet paper. Horrible hotel. ”

“Pathetic property ever visited such a unclean unhygienic property.”

“I would NOT recommend this hotel, the staff is very friendly but looked under pressure to follow certain things rather than providing good customer service. 1. it is on exhibition road where you may get stuck in traffic at certain times so if you are trying to catch a flight, it is very in predictable. 2. My family living in patna in order to visit us was asked for their ID and also told that they cannot give outside food - later they had me sign a waiver form - you cannot even do swiggy or...
