Location- for visiting Patna Sahib this is around 3 km away and you can get there via a tuk tuk which is Good.
Hotel - when we arrive the staff were reluctant to give us the Superior Rooms we had booked and stated there couldn’t find the booking.
Rooms - rooms were not cleaned or prepared, no toilet rolls, no towels, no tea or coffee.
Staff - some were really helpful and others were not.
Food - was really good, we stayed 2 nights, 2nd evening the food we ordered was cold and it took several attempts before it was heated up.
For £60 a night, I didn’t think this was good value.
