"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Perfect location, very walkable. The hotel is older and there is no elevator and no one to help carry your luggage up. We were on the 3rd floor and it was a challenge. Also, the rooms in the photos must be their very limited more spacious room because our room had no floor space- which is fine, but unexpected. The rooms definitely live into the name, it was perfect for the pricepoint. "

"The room was very spacious with a beautiful view of the water. The property and grounds were well maintained and wonderful to explore. The bar menu was delicious. All the staff was kind and helpful. Would stay here again. "

"Main issue was that the hotel charges residents for parking. This is just unacceptable. They offer a reduced parking rate for guests but just not good enough. Should be included with room. When I complained upon check in. they removed the fee. Also attended a ball at the hotel. Know mass produced meals will never be of high standard but their main course steak meal was of quite poor standard"
