Funky old place right at the shoreline of a not-so-interesting beach. Room is super basic. Staff is kind and helpful. A simple, nicely prepared breakfast was included. The area ain’t pretty but it’s full of fun eateries and pubs.

Location Great, but Needs Maintenance and A/C

The location is really a beautiful spot, right across from the beach. There is breakfast in the morning on the water and you can see the sunset from the balcony. My particular room on the 3rd floor was quite large and included a huge L-shaped sofa, table, and refrigerator. The balcony was spacious and a relaxing place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately the air conditioner in my room (307) did not work at all. I was busy most of the trip there so I didn't have a lot of time to track anyone down to complain, but I never once saw anyone around the entrance or office again after my check-in. I ended up leaving after 1 night (of a 2 night stay) because it was just too hot. If the aircon was fixed, this would have been a really lovely stay. The hotel overall is old, but it's not in terrible condition. The bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water.

Formidable !

Hotel très accueillant. Patron sympathique, avenant, très honnête. Face à la mer. Balcon spacieux. Certains pourraient trouver la décoration un peu vieillote, ca ne me dérange pas. Tout est en parfait état. Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel. Je recommande sans hésiter. D'ailleurs nous y retournons ce soir pour une dernière nuit dans la region...!

Hotel liegt direkt am Meer mit Privatstrand. Ruhige Lage. Restaurants in der nähe. Wenn man Ruhe sucht genau das richtige. In der nähe zwei Wind Kitesurf Center.

Absolutely excellent service. If you want a quiet and relaxing holiday Seafalcon is highly recommend. Great position, clean beach, great restaurant. Only 2 stars so you pay for what you get but I found it to be great value. Short cab ride to Pattaya if you want to be in the action. Hosts and staff were excellent. The host even drove us to the airport when our scheduled taxi was running late.

Ruhig, einfach und zweckmässig

Gemütliches ruhiges Hotel mit schöner Terrasse direkt am Meer und eigenen Sonnenliegen am Privatstrand. Zimmer gross und sauber. Gutes WiFi. Frühstück und Essen gut. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Lage etwas abgelegen aber dafür absolut ruhig. Ausflüge benötigen Taxi (ca 350 Bath nach Pattaya) eigenes Auto, Roller (ca 200 Bath/Tag) Bath Bus (20 Bath/Fahrt) oder nach Pattaya auch mit dem Shuttle des benachbarten Hotel Pinnacle möglich (160 Bath hin und zurück) viermal täglich. Wer es ruhig und gemütlich mag und auf einen Pool verzichten kann, ist hier richtig.

Bra läge vid stranden men slitet.

Dålig städning med mögel i duschen. Slitet hotel där det saknades handdukar och glas till tandborste. Trevlig personal med topp på frukostvärdinnan. Hon var ledig en dag och då var servicen usel. Bra Wi Fi.

Underbart läge men slitet

Hotellet ligger precis vid havet och har stora balkonger för solning. Hotellet är slitet och städningen är inte bra. Bra WiFi men dålig bild på tv. Trevlig personal och mysstämpel på stället. Duschen är det bra tryck och varmt vatten men väldigt dåligt städat.

only a road between door and beach

The restaurant was excellent food right on the beach the service was great with NIKKO fine china. we book for $41 for two nights. but somehow the booking bill cam to $123 as there was a n extra bed. I dont know how the bill got so high. we had an extra bed that most hotels do not charge for but the holet only charges 400bath for extra bed with an extra breakfast. We paid That on the bill but the hotel said what we paid expedia was only for the extra bed so they charged us 200 baht per night for breakfast for our 4 yr old daughter. I think price wise we were taken for a ride.

Great beach get away near Pattaya

Very relaxing and charming visit - really good breakfast, right on the beach! Away from the busy tourist areas - but we had a car - so no issue. Taxis and shuttles available just a few minutes walk if you need them - about 15 minutes to Pattaya beach.
