Very relaxing surroundings and variety of different cuisines in the main restaurant . Great customer service. They brought a chocolate cake and candles to our room for my boyfriend’s birthday. "This must be the nicest hotel in Trivandrum, because everything was perfect. It’s a beautiful hotel, everything is spotlessly clean and the staff are so attentive. It’s truly a hotel where the pictures match how beautiful the property actually is. We travelled from abroad and loved our stay. "

"We had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with this homestay. After booking the room days in advance, we drove nearly 7 hours to reach the property — with my wife unwell during the journey — only to receive a call from Mr. Bijoy at 5 PM asking us to cancel our reservation. His reason was that the existing guests “couldn’t fly out of India” and would be extending their stay. This is completely unacceptable. A confirmed booking is a commitment. How can a host arbitrarily decide to retain a room that has already been reserved and paid for? Poor planning on their part should not become an emergency for their guests. We were left stranded in the evening, forced to scramble for alternative accommodation after hours on the road. There was no support, no assistance, no accountability — just a request for us to cancel. To make matters worse, the guests being retained were American, and the situation raises serious concerns about preferential treatment and racial profiling. This experience reflects a complete lack of professionalism, reliability, and basic hospitality ethics. I would strongly advise future travellers to think twice before booking here if you value certainty and respect for your time and wellbeing."
