Intanto non ho gradito il servizio Expedia, per il quale la Guest House di cui mi ha confermato la prenotazione, sarebbe la stessa struttura di Affittacamere Pavia. NON È COSÌ! Quindi mi sono trovata a fare doppio chek in, con rimpallo da una struttura all'altra. E mentre ben conoscevo la qualità di Guest house, l'altro Affittacamere è decisamente scarso. Abbiamo ricevuto una camera piuttosto squallida, da cui siamo stati trasferiti per una perdita di acqua in bagno, ad un'altra vistosamente camuffata da fumetto, con pareti in cartongesso e decori plasticati dappertutto, perfino nella doccia, da cui si staccano a pezzi. Ovviamente nessuna dotazione di sapone per doccia e due soli asciugamani per camera matrimoniale. Non prenoterò mai più con EXPEDIA.IT!

Comodo affittacamere a pochi minuti dal centro

Io e mia moglie ci siamo fermati per una notte, parcheggio di fronte alla struttura, stanza molto grande con un altrettanto grande bagno. Personale molto disponibile!

Rip off - stay away!

This is a tip off. We booked the hotel affitcamere in the City Center, however they did not have a room for us and shipped us off to a Hostel Outside the town (Same owner). This is unacceptable. Although we could not get what we paid for it was not possible to cancel the reservation. Never again!

Liebevoll und stylisch eingerichtet. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Motto. Luxuriöse Regenschauerdusche. Parkplätze vor dem Haus müssen gefunden werden, Frühstück in der nächsten Bar. Nach Pavia-Innenstadt ca. 15 min. Fußweg. Vermieter spricht leidlich Englisch.

1 natt i vakre Pavia, er en messe verd. Utrolig vakker og charmerende gamleby. Hotelleierne var usedvanlig vennlige, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende - på charmerende italiensk maner.

Great guesthouse, a bit boring neighbourhood

The guesthouse as such was great. Niece spacious rooms, great wifi connection, clean, big bathroom. Only problem was that it was not very sound isolated, and the neighbours were quite noisy.

Nice place close to the University

The rooms have a modern design, are clean and comfortable. The rate is reasonable, and the nice lady at the reception is very helpful. The only issue is that the walls are quite thin and in the evening you are likely to hear noises from surrounding apartments. I strongly recommend taking earplugs with you!

Non la solita camera

Per la prima volta sono stato in una struttura affittacamere. La stanza non è diversa da quella di un hotel a tre stelle. Bagno ampio, con il solo difetto di un lavabo poco profondo sormontato da un mobile a specchio (lavarsi il viso senza inondare il pavimento o battere il capo contro lo specchio era impossibile). Disponibile anche frigobar (ma con sola acqua) e teiera. Da migliorare l' insonorizzazione e la disponibilità della reception (ci sono intervalli in cui non è possibile ricevere assistenza sul posto)

Un lugar ideal con un dueño poco agradable

Las habitaciones son ideales en tamaño, limpieza y calidad. Sin embargo, llegamos a las 00.00 de la noche porque tuvimos una incidencia en el camino y el numero que aparece en la web no funcionaba y dejaron otro escrito que estaba erroneo. En la reserva dice que se podra llegar mas tarde de las 20.00h con un recargo de 10e, pero no dice que vaya a estar cerrado ni desatendido. Dejaron una nota en la entrada que tenia un tlf para que les llamasemos, asi hicimos pero el numero daba error hasa que quitamos la nota y vimos debajo de ella el numero correcto, por lo que pudimos llamarle. Nos pidio explicaciones de haber llegado tan tarde pero al intentar responder ni quiso escucharlas y nos vacilo en la cara. Muy desagradable y sin razon porque los medios que pone a disposicion para avisarle de llegar tarde NO ERAN efectivos. El tampoco se molesto en llamarnos porque ni rastro tengo de una llamada perdida suya. Al final entramos a dormir a las 1.00 y si, las habitaciones son ideales y estan fenomenal, pero el señor muy desagradable.
