“Excellent colonial-style building with incredible natural surroundings, but the hotel looks neglected. The room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom smelled awful, like a sewer. I had to buy bleach and use it, but it didn't get rid of the smell. There was a leak in the sink and mold between the tiles and under the sink. I had to report it at the front desk, and they only provided one towel under after inspection. Also, the rooms didn't have air conditioning, and with the mosquitos, we...

Raft in and out via the Pacuare river and be completely enveloped by the forest and river in the middle of nowhere while having high level meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, incredible adventure programs like zip lining through the canopy and repelling down little waterfall. Seriously. 1000% The food was top tier. The service was thoughtful and personal. The staff is amazing. And they have great...

“Nice place, great owners, place to be if you want to go rafting ”

“This hotel is a good deal for the price, but it is definitely a lower end place. The room was a good size, but again, worn around the edges. The food was not very good.”

“Breakfast was pretty lame. Netflix didn't work. Jacuzzi took an hour to fill up amd luke warm. Room had musty smell. The staff was very nice, but the place itself is very basic. Also no coffee maker or tea. it's pretty I'm not home as I'm a big”

“No room wifi.”
