I have never been told I couldn't check in to an empty room, and it is particularly obnoxious to be in that situation when i have to pay a full night to check out at 7PM. Jun 3, 2019It is not the fault of the hotel that dining options were sparse near by. I appreciated the location as we were needing to go to Roberts, IL to make a purchase. It worked out great. An elevator seems to be a must for a two story hotel...
