Pecos Trail Inn
8/10 Good
"Overall, our stay was great, and my friends and I had a wonderful time. However, due to a flight misconnection that was completely outside of our control, we were unfortunately unable to arrive in time for our first night. We informed the property in advance about the situation and kept them updated. While I understand that policies may apply, it was disappointing to learn that we could not receive a refund for a night we were unable to use due to circumstances beyond our control. Given that the owner and staff were aware of the stressful situation we were facing, I had hoped for a little more understanding and flexibility. A refund, or even a partial accommodation, for the unused night would have gone a long way in demonstrating goodwill. Aside from this experience, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality."
Inn of the Governors
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was good except the room. Too tiny and bit suffocating Location and Breakfast was good."
El Sendero Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"It seems improvements continue, I saw a noticeable improvement ij the bathroom and small items elsewhere. The value compared with other hotels within walking distance of the plaza is undeniable."
Inn on the Alameda
10/10 Excellent
"This was our second stay at the Inn on the Alameda. The location is withing walking distance to all popular restaurants, galleries and museums. We stayed in a "traditional" room, which was very pleasant and had its own private patio. Suites are also available. The staff was so very pleasant, helpful and accommodating and went out of the way to ensure that our visit would be pleasant and memorable. The morning breakfasts were very good and offered quite a selection from which to choose."
Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza
8/10 Good
"Great parking, very clean room. Staff very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Location was great. It was a few blocks straight from the plaza. Which made great walking to all the little stores and restaurants."
Inn and Spa at Loretto
10/10 Excellent
"The Inn and Spa was the perfect combination of culture, comfort and location. The aesthetic was clearly southwestern, rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable, and the location of the hotel puts you within walking distance of most you want to see in downtown Santa Fe. The coffee cafe provided a quiet place to begin your day. We ate at the Living Room restaurant one night....food was excellent. My wife took in a massage at the Spa....enjoyed it a great deal. The hotel has a planned renovation in winter."
El Rey Court
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms were spacious and clean, the property is charming with large outdoor and indoor common spaces, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is short drive to downtown and although the hotel is on busy Cerrillos Road, most of the rooms are set back enough from the road that it feels peaceful. We stayed here twice during our time in New Mexico and I would definitely return on our next trip."
Bobcat Inn Bed and Breakfast
10/10 Excellent
"A little outside of town BUT the room was great and the outdoor areas. The morning breakfast was awesome. And the best overall experience for our trip."
Quail Run
10/10 Excellent
"This was a resort property that had a restaurant /dining room that had awesome food and reasonable prices. It was quite convenient. The maintenance office was very responsive to a problem we had initially with the AC. Laurie (Lorrie?) was super helpful. The unit we rented (312) had an underground garage parking spot right next to the elevator. Also very convenient. The unit itself had every amenity you could want including a full Xfinity TV cable lineup. The report also has an executive golf course with very reasonable rates for vacationers to play. My only complaint (very minor) was that there was not really a separate bedroom TV. There was a monitor that you could watch whatever the person in the living room was watching...but no way to get separate channels.. Overall I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants a comfortable resort-style experience in Santa Fe."
