"Nice old historic hotel. Very convenient to historic sites and restaraunts. Things that could have been better: only one chair in the room. A shower that got water all over the floor. No breakfast, not even a cookie and no coffee in the room."

"The casita was beautifully decorated and more like a tiny home instead of a hotel. The kitchen area was small, however, provided everything necessary to prepare and cook my meals. I wish I could have stayed longer! The staff were super helpful and friendly. The parking was free and ample space for larger vehicles. Laundry was also available, however, I didn’t have to utilize this amenity. Filtered water was available in the lobby and the ice machine/laundry room to refill your water bottles too. I hope to stay here again in the future."

"The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The service at the bar was not great. Location is wonderful. The pool was not very appealing and it was damaged on one side (tiles were broken off). The service at the pool was not good. The internet was extremely week in the rooms."

"The negative surprise was to learn at check-out that we owed 25$ a day for the use of amenities (which by the way we did not use). When asking explanation about this surcharge, they said that it was mentioned when booking through Expedia. I checked again in Expedia, but I could not find this exclusion - it maybe buried somewhere in some note, but when I book with Expedia I expect transparency and no tricky conditions"

"Loved staying here again! Just a delightful place. And the guest service at the desk was superb. A shout out to the wonderful woman who was at the desk Monday morning the 12th who knew everything about Santa Fe, food, and myriad other things. Would stay here again, quiet, great location, and very comfortable."

"The property was well decorated but needed some repairs. The plumbing especially needed updating. The toilets and faucets did not work properly. I believe the filters is the shower heads and faucets needed to be replaced. There was no Wi-Fi and only one small tv."
