"Absolutely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Mayagüez & Tropical Casino! 🇵🇷❤️ I only stayed for one night, but I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained, which is always one of the most important things to me. I especially loved that all of the vending machines and the ice machine were working! 🙌 This may seem like a small thing, but I’ve stayed at so many other hotels where the vending machines or ice machines are always out of order. It was really nice to have everything available and working properly. And I have to mention the Dove products in the bathroom! 🥰 Dove is my absolute favorite, so I absolutely loved that little touch. The staff was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and helpful. And the casino was the bomb! 🎰 I really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a great time. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because it was raining during my stay. 🌧️ However, that definitely did not take away from my overall experience. Even though I only stayed one night, I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Puerto Rico. Thank you to the entire Holiday Inn Mayagüez team for an excellent stay! ❤️🇵🇷"
