Tenciono regressar.”

“Overall, the place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly. However, there were a couple of issues that made the stay disappointing. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room for the entire stay, which was inconvenient. One of the main reasons we booked this property was to use the saunas, but unfortunately they never got hot enough to really enjoy. That took away from what we were expecting from the experience. It’s a nice place with potential, but I hope these issues...

“The room was clean and large with a nice deck, unfortunately a hammock took up the entire deck. Our dog was welcome at this hotel. We were under the impression there was a bar/lounge, snack bar or deli and room service. All we could find was a fridge with drinks that you wrote down what you took. There is a restaurant 450 meters down the hill, we ended up driving to the grocery store. Lovely place, but we were expecting more.”

“Hotel extremely understaffed and overrated, Reception seldom has somebody to support guests, restaurant also incredibly understaffed. Employees are helpful but clearly not enough, when staff cut to the bone service becomes mediocre. This is what focus on cost cutting by hotel owners looks like, cost cutting through minimum staffing is their priority. Very disappointing, not in line with a 4-star hotel.”

“Great hotel with super views.”

“The spa was nice after a day of hiking. Very easy to get to the waterfalls in the park.”

“Ducha llena de moho”
