“This property was really convenient for exploring the old town and the gardens. There were many places to eat and drink nearby without this disturbing us. The small balcony meant we could enjoy watching the world go by. The property was clean and had plenty of fold out beds and towels. We were also provided with gels for personal washing and washing up. There was a washing machine too. Communication was excellent and we were really pleased that they let us check-in early as there was no guests...

“We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most places… very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negatives… 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10….. it was a little congested… sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. ...

“Location was perfect. The shower leaked all over the floor and flooded every time - lots of mopping. The apartment smelt of bad drains - couldn't open the bedroom windows as the smell was worse.”
