"Avoid this hotel if you have other options. The customer service is horrible. It’s like they are entitled that you stayed here. We waited at The restaurants forever before we got seated then left after never being talked to again. Same thing happened at the main floor restaurant too. We are pretty easy going and easy to please but at some point you say enough. The highlight is the staff in the lobby that helps with luggage etc. They should let them run the place."

"Beautiful hotel, well maintained. AC was a bit weak in our room but acceptable. The spa was very nice and adult only during certain hours . The outside pool hours were too short in my opinion. Open at 10:00 h and closed at 17:00h? Staff were excellent in restaurant and bars, very helpful due to a nut allergy. Need to take taxis due to location right next to the highway, but not that expensive. Store close by if you need to purchase water or other items! Great stay, beds very comfortable! ...
