"Inez welcomed us like family and couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. Our room was beautiful, clean, modern and the bathroom and shower were excellent. To be able to walk straight from the room into the lovely garden and sit by the pond and mill stream was so special. It was the most peaceful place to spend the night."

"The room was in good condition, although the glasses were dirty and the bathroom is tiny. The door prevents two people from using the bathroom at the same time. The afternoon we arrived, both the internet and the TV stopped working. When we mentioned it to the front desk the next day, they told us they were already aware of the issue and would try to fix it (they didn’t bother to let the guests know there were service problems).
