“The hotel was unresponsive. We didn’t receive any information up front, and upon arrival, the cleaning staff let us in. While she was very kind, we didn’t receive any of the information about the room (like where we could find the A/C remote, wifi password etc). ”

Ich habe 37 Jahre als Flugbegleiter bei der Lufthansa gearbeitet, und das eine oder andere Hotel ausprobieren...
