โWe had such a great time at this resort. However, we were really inconvenienced by the elevators being limited as two were down. Things got worse and we missed out on an evening in Miami when the elevators stopped working. I was then forced to walk down 22 flights of stairs in order to have dinner. Once we made it back to the room, we waited for the elevator that never came. We missed out on an evening as we were stuck in the room. โ
โProperty is great and staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool, the clean rooms and the proximity to the beach.โ

There is nothing more I need other than the desire to stay one more day!! They made me feel comfortable by checking to see if I needed anything through messages. We are extremely grateful to Janna, Fernando, and Domenica for their attentive care and assistance. Also, the housekeeper cleaned the room so perfectly that I liked it. Next time I come to Miami, I definitely want to stay at this hotel."
