"It was a wonderful experience felt like home with warm and comfy feeling love the stay so much that Chef Zaayish Bharucha was friendly and my daughter ( Ziya ) loved chef gave her lovely pancakes, Azeem with his extra mile of smile gesture and pleasant hospitality since from the day 1 I stayed in the Taj palace and not forgetting Aditi in Housekeeping department taking care of the guest in the room amenities and service and last but not the least Shuban operation department in the Front office always ready to help and support the team and Guest but I really loved the food and stay I must say chef Zaayish , Azeem, Aditi and Shuban for the wonderful experience and would definitely recommend and come back to stay . "

"Most comfortable beds, awesome food at Indiana Jones and Vettro. Room service was very accommodating and good. Chef Stefan Chin and Chef Rohan deserve special mention. The Indian breakfast dishes were outstanding.. everytime. Need more gluten free and dairy free choices on the menu. Allergy sufferers don’t have a choice, it’s not a lifestyle choice. "

"Hotel was undergoing renovation and hence a bit messy. Front desk staff is excellent. They do not allow guest to cut queue and politely ask them to wait their turn. Breakfast is alright and service is good. They remember your selection on your second visit and will deliver it to your table. Had dinner at the cafe on the second floor. Food is good and so is the service. Bed is comfortable but the floor is a bit sticky so did not try to go barefoot. Generally housekeeping is good. "
