"We were given a second floor room that overlooks Plaza Mayor. It was fantastic. The staff at check-in were helpful, clear, and got us in a bit early. We utilized the hotel parking (they will valet for you and bring your car around per your request—which you can schedule if you’d like).
The property is “nostalgic.” If you’re looking for modern “IKEA showroom,” look elsewhere. The room has a classic feel, but is comfortable. We had a double (two twins) and in addition to the table and a chair, the room had a wider lounge chair (Queen Anne style).
The bathroom was 100% modern. Rain shower head, commode, bidet, and toiletries all provided. Towels were large and very absorbent.
Elevator to the floor was small, as is common in older buildings, but fine for the use. The only time we saw other guests was at check-in and check out.
This was my fourth stay in Segovia, and aside from living here, my most comfortable.
