Atendimento ruim. Descaso com hóspedes

Estadia de uma noite. Atendimento ruim. A atendente nada simpática na chegada. Na saída, a mesma atendente estava tomando café da manhã com duas servidoras do hotel no salão do café da manhã. Meu marido chegou antes das 10h para tomar café da manhã. Que vai até 10h aos domingos. A atendente e as duas funcionárias estavam na cozinha e não perguntaram se ele queria nada. Eu cheguei às 10h e pedi um ovo. Elas já estavam sentadas comendo ovos, tapioca… e atendente disse que a cozinha já estava fechada. Ou seja, prepararam o café delas e esqueceram dos hóspedes. Meu marido que já estava no café, parecia invisível, enquanto elas preparavam o próprio café da manhã. Como não havia ovos disponíveis no café da manhã, meu marido preferiu me esperar para pedirmos juntos. Ou seja, mesmo eu tendo chegado às 10 e 01 minuto, meu marido já estava tomando café e nos foi negado, sem o mínimo de cuidado e atenção, atendimento e os tais ovos, que elas estavam comendo, inclusive. Preferi sair e fomos embora do hotel. Mais um detalhe: ao sairmos elas continuavam no café, a recepção sozinha e meu marido foi ao salão informar que a chave estava na porta do quarto. A recepcionista sentada estava, sentada ficou … Ainda se deliciando com suas colegas e seus ovos no café da manhã.

Gostamos muito do atendimento e hospitalidade, fomos bem recebidos e com certeza a localização é muito boa. Apesar de ser proximo de área urbana, a noite é bem silencioso. A limpeza também é nota 10. O café da manhã é diversificado, com elementos caseiros muito gostosos.
