The positive is that you hear the sound of the waves, which is nice, BUT you also hear the other guests and more importantly the constant crowing from the multiple dozens of chickens and roosters on the property. So it is very hard to sleep past roughly 4AM, as the chicken/roosters constantly scream. The view is however sensational"
