Booked through Expedia, the lady at reception didn’t like it. Gave such a hard time to check in and get 2 rooms together as I traveling with my old parents and my son. When booked, booked both the rooms together and the lady said they don’t have 2 rooms available on the same floor. I had to keep requesting for almost 1/2 an hour, then suddenly she had rooms available together on the same floor. Apart from that good experience. Less then 5 minutes walk from Swamis Samadhi. That was the whole goal of visiting. It was good.

Good service, safe and comfortable.

Very pleased that i got a free upgrade for using hotels.com. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and secure as single female traveller. Hotel is conveniently located. My personal feedback for improvement is for the hotel to look into the cleanliness of their bedsheets and service at the restaurant. Overall, it was a good value for money stay for me.

Needs improvement

Aum Hotel is a small hotel, mostly this will be for pilgrims to Prasanthi Nilayam. Hotel is ok, but it needs updating. The bathroom had water on the floor and it didn’t feel “homely” Breakfast was good, friendly staff but hotel needs to be updated.

After I walked in to 'my' room without window, without table, etc. and with awful smell, I decided not to stay at this hotel. Despite of my reservation mentioned a free breakfast included, I was told there will be no free breakfast. Maybe there are better rooms and so forth but my experience with this hotel was not pleasant at all.
