"Very close to all the shops "

"Room was clean but not spotless. Felt like it needed updating. Very small space considering we booked the Superior Queen. The bathroom was also tiny, I’m only 5’4” but struggled in the shower to move. The bed was the softest mattress I’d ever slept on, caused me backache. Shops nearby are good, boots pharmacy and a Tesco express, alongside the theatre if you’ve booked a show. Parking nearby in Covent Garden so not far to walk to the hotel while carrying luggage. We requested extra towels and milk which were provided within minutes. All of the staff very polite and helpful with any questions. "

"The location is absolutely fantastic. Steps away from the Piccadilly Circus Tube station, tons of restaurants nearby (including Chinatown), and even multiple grocery store options. The Cocoon room was perfect for a solo traveler trying to adjust to the time zone. There was no city noise, despite being in a very busy area. I didn't like that there was an extra fee (£40) to check in early and a fee to hold onto your bags (£15) if you want to explore while waiting for check in time. Also, check out at 10am is a little ridiculous. All the staff that I interacted with were lovely and very helpful when I needed to ask for towels, etc. "

"I highly recommend Aarran House, with its peaceful environment and comfortable bedrooms, along with helpful staff who showed us how to get around and provided a taste of the lovely food, which was the highlight: breakfast with a healthy variety of choices. "Very small bathrooms with no shelf putting your things on. Toilet right next to radiator so can very easily burn arm. Only 1 lift, but other than that, all good. Clean, well located, easy checkin. "

"Internet was intermittent room was clean and slow in getting serviced but it’s a big hotel so that’s not unusual. Location was great for all of London attractions shows and even being back to Heathrow was a short walk to the tube and a very quiet train ride right into Heathrow … I’d definite stay there again "
