Great for areas of London we wanted to explore, close to Euston Station & Goodge St tube. Good hearty breakfast & helpful staff. Many thanks for a pleasent stay.
Room was extremely small with no chair but en-suite well appointed. Stairs fairly steep carrying heavy case as there is no lift.
Good location near tube station and walkable from Euston and Kings Cross/St Pancras.
The staff at this hotel were welcoming and friendly. The decor was pleasant. I booked a single room, which, judging by the size of the fireplace and the coving, was part of what was once a bigger room. There was a sash window with a view out onto the street, with an extra sliding window inside maybe for more insulation for sound/heat. The single bed was comfortable, the room size was as to be expected for a single room. A very small wet room had been installed, with shower, sink and toilet, but at least it was an ensuite, though perhaps would be a bit of a squeeze for someone taller than 5’8”.
For breakfast there was cereal, toast, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, Full English breakfast, fruit juices and there was a coffee machine. The breakfast room was pleasant and staff were efficient.
This is in a nice location. The breakfast was good. The rooms are pretty small and I was there during a heatwave. No air conditioning which was tough in a small room with a small window.. I would recommend this hotel for a time when it’s not too hot outside.
Nice place and served us well in terms of location an basic amenities. Rooms were very small but we just needed a place to lay our heads at night. I like the feel the place which is 200+ years old. Apart from a huge piece of plaster hanging in the entrance, the place was nice. Leaving our luggage there while we went sightseeing our last day was a huge plus
Well furnished and good sized bedroom (1) with modern en suite shower room. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Good location for pubs/bars/restaurants.
Warm welcome when I arrived, clean room and comfortable stay

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are small, bit cramped if you’re sharing with someone.
Stayed on a warm June day and the room doesn’t have AC, only a ceiling fan, so room gets very warm without much respite.
Beds are standard doubles, so again, not a lot of space if you’re sharing a bed. Relatively clean, but the shower had quite a bit of mould.
Does the job for a brief overnight stay, but I’d recommend an alternative hotel if it’s the middle of summer.
Very cute spot. The room was nice, clean and the grounds keepers were incredibly nice with accommodating my parking needs and lending me a charger since mine broke mid trip to the Bed and Breakfast. I would stay there again.
