Alex on the bar was really kind and helpful, even cooking off menu for my extremely fussy daughter. Lena even took us on a guide tour of the island which was wonderful. When we arrived there was only one bed in the room. No one from the hotel responded to my messages and I went to reception twice during the open hours posted but no one was there. "I had a really nice stay.The hotel is super clean,the room was spacious.Its a very quiet hotel in a quiet area.Only con is that you really need a car to move around. There is a bus stop close by but it mostly just go to the main town of fira ,not great connections The receptionist is super friendly and helpful.She gave very good recommendations of places to visit and restaurants."

"We are very disappointed in our choice staying in this hotel. It is in a great location but clearly not the best hotel and may be over-rated. We stayed in one of the out buildings that has loft rooms, and there is no place comfortable to sit, the shower did not drain, wifi was poor at best, lighting was bad, and we had to unplug lamps to plug in chargers for phones the first room had no shutter on one window, mold on the wall , and needed paint. I have a hunch there may be better rooms on...
