"Now this is a dog friendly hotel. Hotel very busy on checking in but receptionist, who was also looking after the bar at the time, was very helpful. Told us to take a seat and he would serve us a drink when he could, bus load arrived so we went to our room, the receptionist rang to apologise. "Requested no stair access to the room when booking, was still given first floor. Sink in room cracked looked like it was about to fall off, reported to reception as I didn’t want them to think I’d done it and they said don’t worry about it. Bed was comfy and room clean overall okay for an overnight stop "
