The room had been recently renovated. It was comfortable and spotless. What you expect from Ibis. The budget was great as always. The hotel is located on the outskirts off Perpignan and there is literally nothing to do around. I used to get a nights rest on a long road trip.

Perfect stopover

Perfect location just off the motorway for a stop over on our way to Spain. Clean comfy bed. Good shower. Shower gel provided. Very warm room which was lovely on a cold windy night. Allowed our 2 dogs.

Property in dire need to be updated but clean. Bathroom and toilet need vents, shower and bathroom sink very old, smelled sewers. But room and sheets extea clean!!! Staff was very nice, both late at night and morning teams.

All in all a okay hotel, with a nice personal (very helpful) The rooms were in good condition. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel was the sheets, purely put on the bed and only one blanket were available one the 2 person bed.

I did not get what I ordered and paid for. We were 6 people and we got towels, duvet covers, pillowcases and sheets for 4 people. We asked for the missing ones from the reception but were rejected because they thought this was Ibiza budget. I dispute this. Every accommodation that charges for it must provide bed linen and towels per paying person.

The matras of our bed was very hard. There are no restaurants in the neighbourhood, so we decided to eat our dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Not all the things on the menu were available and the food they served was cold.

The guy at the night shift was very rude. It wasn't our fault that the card did not open the room door twice. It wasn't our fault either that there was only two towels for 3 people. He acted however as it was our fault

Prima hotel voor de doorreis. De driepersoonskamer en badkamer waren schoon. Het enige punt van aandacht was dat wij het stapelbed (het eenpersoons bed boven) zelf moesten opmaken. Er lag een tas met alle benodigdheden op het bed klaar. In eerdere Ibis Budget hotels op de afgelopen dagen was dit netjes al gedaan. Juist omdat wij iets later binnenkwamen en wij moe van de autorit waren, viel dit ons tegen (zeker omdat het hoog is). Wij hadden twee dezelfde kamers naast elkaar en bij beide waren ze niet opgemaakt, dus kennelijk is dit een policy van dit Ibis hotel in Perpignan?
