More than just a room

Convenient position in south Perth for car access to city (also by ferry from Mend St Jetty) and 20 mins to airport. Upstairs section of owner's house with balcony for smokers, separate living/kitchen area. Enormous and delicious breakfast provided. Off-street parking, lovely park for exercise opposite property, comfortable beds and good shower, all possible amenities. (Phone number provided by website on confirmation form is incorrect.)

Breakfast choices were great, and the bed was very comfy. Have already booked my next trip.

Como B&B, highly recommend, great hosts.

Really good B&B, a very good and comfortable bed with a breakfast to died for! Very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Would recommend as a first or last stop as close and easy drive to Perth Airport. Also close to Perth CBD and all that Perth has to offer.

Como Bed and Breakfast.

Spent a wonderful 6 nights here. Host very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Very comfortable beds, and comfy leather sofas for relaxing in the evenings after a busy day's sightseeing. Fabulous cooked breakfasts and great coffee made our stay really enjoyable. There is also a pretty park opposite, so location felt really peaceful. Highly recommend.

Como Bed & Breakfast

Excellent location close to freeway, shopping, city, river and parks. Hosts were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious! Thanks Helen for making the trip very pleasant and comfortable.

Como B&B

Helen greeted us. Told us the ropes. Gave us our privacy yet was there when and if we needed her. She is a great cook......the breakfasts were super! Gave us places to visit, things to see. Overall recommended.

Helen was a great host. The breakfast she made was really delicious. Como is not far from the airport and city. Como B&B is definitely a good rest place.

Excellent for family with children

We stayed at Como B&B on 5th Dec. This was our second stay at the place during our one week trip around WA. Our previous stay had left us with a very good impression and we were looking forward to going back. Helen had been a wonderful host as she had warned us about the bad weather prior to our arrival. This has helped us planned our arrival time to avoid the bad weather. Even though we arrived ahead of time, the rooms were already prepared for us. Helen even setup the bed fence for our son's bed. The breakfast was excellent as before. It is unfortunate that we had to rush off to the airport early the next day and was not able to enjoy the park beside the accommodation.

Great service and location.

Spacious, spotless suite with balcony. Great views of adjacent park, and very quiet. Good comfortable bed, and a well provisioned bathroom and kitchen - so many little details thought of. The breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious, topped off with proper coffee. Well worth a visit.

Wonderful

Many authentic Australian touches: from the paperbark drink coasters, amazing Australian artwork, an Australian bird guide (especially useful when visiting the nearby parks), even down to popular Australian breakfast cereals, Helen tries to bring truly genuine touches of Australia to the B&B experience. En-suite mini kitchen includes a small microwave & fridge: very useful size. Dining table for up to four. Tea & coffee making facilities, plus Australian biscuits (that’s cookies to you Americans), fresh fruit every day, fresh juice, and other surprise extras. Always fresh milk, a variety of Australia breakfast cereals, including Weetbix and Coco Pops: especially nice for us visiting ex-pat Aussies. Chocolates on pillows daily: a different kind each day! Two large bedrooms with a very comfortable queen size bed each, plus one single (US ‘twin’) bed, and a cot if requested. Good-sized balcony, with a well-padded outdoor dining suite for four, partially overlooking the nearby park. A lovely place to start or end the day in the warmer months. Living room attached to kitchenette, with two large sofas, TV, DVD, magazines, etc. Cycleways throughout the area. We cannot recommend Como Bed & Breakfast highly enough. Our stay was peaceful and lovely, and we’ll most likely be back there the next time we visit Perth. If we can get in! Thank you so very much, Helen and Don.

Like home!

Helen was lovely, she left the keys for us when we arrived late at night and had our hot breakfast ready early in the morning before we set-off. She was kind and very responsive and we felt at home!

Great hotel and perfect service!

We were extremely happy about our stay at Como bed&breakfast. Everything is perfect! Great location, warm service from Helen, very clean room, good facilicy, fast wifi speed, and the yummy breakfast!!! We will definitely choose this hotel again when we come to Perth. Thanks Helen:)

Immaculate B & B overlooking a beautiful park.

Our suite was very smart & exceptionally clean with a beautiful private balcony overlooking a wonderful park & lake. Our hosts Helen & Don were very friendly & couldn't do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ( the breakfasts were amazing) there, & will definitely return.
