The staff are lovely and always happy to help. The room was clean and the perfect size for the 5 of us. Indoor pool was nice and warm. Location is fantastic with free buses running around the city centre.. We will gladly stay again

The staff are helpful and courteous. I faced an issue using the card to get inside my room and had to call up the afterhours number, which was promptly answered. To get inside, I had to pull the door lever towards me and then swipe the card and push simulataneously to unlock the door! It worked! WiFi kept disconnecting and was slow. There is enough parking and the apartments have adequate security. Situated in East Perth, it is in close proximity to the free Red CAT bus stop.

The rooms were big and had everything necessary for a short stay. Decor was a bit outdated and a bit dusty. Convenient location. Wifi was slow so decided to use data instead. Check in was a bit confusing from the convenience store and having to enter via the carpark instead of the main door at night but it didn’t pose any big problem.

Entry to the apartment was confusing aswell as leaving the keys when we left early. Room smelt of urine and bedside tables were dusty. Furniture was dated and had marks on the curtains and furniture. Good location and comfy bed.
