“What a wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The bar downstairs was perfect to sit and relax after a day of sightseeing. Our evening meal in the restaurant was delicious. Will definitely be back. 10/10”

“Our room was just lovely! We had the cutest two twin beds room up on the second floor. The views were so nice from the windows. The shower was the best we’d had in Scotland. The breakfast was amazing! Seriously, the black pudding and haggis options were great. Our host, Greg, took care of everything for us. We will come back and stay again.”

“This is a nice old hotel. They even upgraded our room for no reason. It is an old building, that’s part of the charm, but very well maintained and up to date furnishings. There’s a cozy restaurant down stairs and the grilled fish was very tasty.”

“Great pre-arrival service with emails sharing possible local sites and places to eat. Then, such a warm welcome on arrival. Great room and we had wonderful views down into Perth. Perth was within easy walking distance. The lounge with the wood burning fire in the evening was cozy and a great environment to enjoy a wee dram. Great breakfast.”
