The staff is the best, the hotel is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The only issue we had was the noise coming from the other room and the cleaners in the morning that were extremely loud on a Saturday early morning. There is an obvious issue with the sound proofing.

We had a fantastic stay at Locanda della Posta and couldn't have asked for a better experience in Perugia. The hotel is in excellent condition and perfectly situated right in the heart of town—you are literally steps away from incredible restaurants and all the main historic sites. The standout feature of our stay was the breakfast staff, who were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. One member of our party cannot eat gluten and the staff went above and beyond, bringing out fresh gluten-free muffins specifically for them every single morning! It made a huge difference to our trip. They also helped us celebrate a birthday during breakfast by surprising us with a candle and delicious tarts, which was such a thoughtful, personal touch. If you're looking for a beautiful hotel with top-tier service and a perfect location, I highly recommend staying here. We had a great stay!

This is an exceptional hotel which seems to have been recently renovated and is superbly decorated in every way. If you can, book a room near the roof top with a jacuzzi on the terrace. It makes for a very special treat. Very friendly service and good value considering the quality and the location. A great breakfast too.

Beautiful Hotel and Sublime Breakfast

This hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed two nights here right in the heart of Centro Perugia. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the point of confirming arrival details, storing bags until check in, and then there’s the breakfast. It’s sublime. Just right to start the day and great espresso as well. We could not fault this place and highly recommend to anyone searching for a little luxury for a great price.

We had an excellent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have chilled water and an espresso machine open for use 24 hrs a day. Room was spacious and bright, overlooking the town square below. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of things, but you're above the action. Reasonably priced. Definitely would stay again and hope to return.
