"The welcome was lovely and warm, staff were always helpful, very much appreciated as a solo traveller. The room was spacious and clean, yes, there was a slight smell coming from the water outlet in the shower, but opening the windows, sorted that out. No issues with flies, as I read in a previous review, could have been the time of year as I was there during the first week in September. The gardens unfortunately weren’t as seen in advert, so maybe some up to date photos there. Wonderfully central, 3-4 minutes to the centre of the town where you could get buses, tuc tucs or taxis to all the sights, 15 minutes to the train station for trains to Lisbon. Plenty shops and restaurants too. Great for a short visit to beautiful Si tra."

"The villa was clean, bed comfortable, could have moved in and lived there. Staff were really helpful and communication was excellent. The garden was very tranquil and perfect to just chill or stroke Jenny (the cat), or watch the fish Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Would totally recommend storyteller to other people."

"Breakfast was very weak Room was clean the bathroom was renovated not too long ago but the toilet was too close the a glass shower wall and the shower rain head did not work and if you were no careful it detached for the wall."
