โMy stay was great! The staff was friendly and very helpful in assisting me with plans in the room for my husbands birthday. We even stayed an extra day. Only thing, I didnโt like no microwave in the room. Overall I enjoyed my experience at this property and the surrounding area. โ
โLoved my stay! Staff is so helpful and friendly. The courtyard is beautiful. Wish I had more time to just hang in the hotel. I had breakfast and dinner there. Would recommend both. โ
โOur flight was canceled due to Hurricane Erin; hence, our family ended up at Doubletree. It was approximately 12 minutes from CLT. We were able to book three rooms for the same day. Upon check-in, we were greeted with a warm smile, the check-in process was smooth, and their famous chocolate chip cookies made it feel like home. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff friendly. Shuttle service back to CLT was bonus.โ
