“Yes, the room is very spotless. No staff but the instruction to pick up the keys and enter the is simple & easy to follow. ”

“The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.”

“The place is fine. The unit given to us was far worst than what was shown when we did the booking. The pillows were so bad and the bed was so hard. For 1 week stay, this place is not recommended but below than 2 nights are ok. There were dust everywhere and I had serious sinus due to it. Gotta manage since we were there already.”

After notifying them via WhatsApp that I had entered the room, I was instructed to place the deposit into another mailbox. As a traveler, I didn't know if Sunway Pyramid was safe, but I followed the instructions, took a photo of where I placed it, and shared it with him. The next day, he contacted me saying the deposit was NOT in...

“The reception staff were helpful and polite. The room was spacious with a pantry, dining table and sufficient bathroom amenities. However, the pillow didn't feel clean or fresh and the room smelled of moth balls which reduced somewhat after a few days but did not completely go away. The location was a bit far for me and LDP can be quite jam especially at peak hours.”
