"Breakfast was cold and tasteless, just terrible, rooms are not very well soundproofed, we heard everything happening in the hallway. Staff is just ok,we waited 20 minutes for the pool to be unlocked"

"The hotel itself is ok, but the behavior of two front desk employees completely ruined our experience. When I politely asked for information, they laughed at me, acted disrespectfully, and were extremely unprofessional. Their attitude toward guests was unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was that neither of them was wearing a name tag, and they only reluctantly gave their names after I insisted. They claimed to be Naomie and Cloe, although I honestly doubt they were even telling the truth. My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but after this experience we will never return. Customer service like this is embarrassing for any hotel, and I would strongly recommend others think twice before booking here."

"I just visited your hotel with my family after driving almost 7 hours. We checked into the room around 5:00 PM, and after such a long trip my daughter wanted to relax and watch TV. Unfortunately, the TV was not working. I went to the reception for help, and they told me to switch the TV off and on. I tried that, but it still did not work. I went back again, but I was only given the same solution and no further assistance was provided. My daughter was very upset and cried most of the evening. This was a very disappointing experience for my family. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone because of the poor customer service and lack of support."

"The suite we had was amazing, the bed was super comfortable and everything was clean! The breakfast was okay, it had a range variety of food (cold food or toast) but it was nothing extraordinary. The spa was okay too, nothing special. I do really recommend that hotel for a relaxing stay if you plan on exploring the city more than doing stuff at the hotel."

"Clean and freshly renovated. Room was not fully stocked at arrival - had coffee but no coffee cups and no light bulbs in the lamps -but once that was sorted was a peaceful restful stay. Spa staff are great and had a fantastic massage. Will be great when they reopen the restaurant but nice kitchen amenities to prepare own breakfast. Definitely a great place for a great price and walking distance to the outlets and all the restaurants and a grocery across the street. Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!"
