"Huge building with lots of guest. Well run, planet of lifts, good location, nice room, a chance to walk some clothes while travelling. Easy walk to everything, great views of the Petronas Towers. Breakfast was crap, bland, unappetising and repetitive, we eventually went out for breakfast in a nearby mall. That apart, good stay! Check out the view from our room!"

"Das Hotel ist extrem verschmutzt. Ich hatte Kakerlaken auf dem Nachttisch und der Dusche, auch schwarzen Schimmel. Ich musste das erste Zimmer wechseln, weil es wie ein Aschenbecher gestunken hat. Beim Check Out wird eine zweite Nachberechnung einer Steuer verlangt, die bereits beim Check In gezahlt wurde. Ich empfehle jedem, dieser Nachbelastung auszuweichen, in dem man die Zimmerkarte im Zimmer lässt und das Hotel ohne offiziellen Check Out verlässt."

"Great stay at Impiana. Lovely staff and facilities. The breakfast offerings were ok, but not particularly tasty. Good variety for a range of nationalities. Soundproofing in the rooms needs some work. Great bar and infinity pool."
