Hotel in beautiful Petropolis

We made a good choice to stay here. The hotel is centrally located in the historic part of town near all the shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around the town and see all the interesting museums and palaces. We had a long international flight which meant we arrived at the hotel very early after little sleep overnight and luckily we were able to check in to our room straight away which was much appreciated. The breakfast was good with lovely fresh fruit, roll and cake available. We enjoyed our stay here very much

Nós hospedamos no hotel por uma noite. Quarto padrão, Achei a cama com colchão um pouco mole mas não comprometeu o conforto. Banheiro limpo, com as principais amenidades (sabão líquido na pia e chuveiro além de shampoo e condicionador). Café da Manhã com opções limitadas mas tb muito bom.

Foi muito bom surpreendeu. Café da manhã bom. Instalacoes reformadas. Ótima localização. Único ponto ruim foi que o quarto tinha uma está com janela para lado interno onde tinha um aparelho de ar cond ou geladeira que fazia um barulho intermitente. Percebemos pela madrugada o barulho insuportável. O quarto era muito perdi do refeitório.

Hotel muito bom

A experiência foi boa, principalmente pela excelente localização e atendimento. O café da manha é bom. Uma sugestão seria ter.um espaço saúde, cim alimentos sem glúten/lactose. Cama confortável. Conseguimos notar que a reforma foi feita já faz um tempinho, com sinais de desgaste pelo uso/tempo. No geral é bom e retornaria.

O hotel é bem localizado e boas instalações. Mas deixa muito a desejar no atendimento. Eles não fazem nada além do que são obrigados. Se você quer ser tratado com gentileza, ter um diferencial ou tiver qualquer necessidade particular, esqueça! Não vão te atender. Nem sequer tentam, a resposta é sempre não, e agem como se estivessem te fazendo um favor. A TV tem sinal péssimo. As toalhas eram ótimas na primeira noite, péssimas na segunda. Não voltaria, não recomendo.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, no centro velho histórico da cidade, permite que vc vá à vários pontos turísticos próximos a pé. Mas a comodidade termina por aí! O hotel tem um restaurante onde é servido o café da manhã, o local não comporta muita gente, em horários de pico, vc tem que esperar na fila pra tomar seu café. Tentamos jantar duas vezes no restaurante, numa delas, apesar de vazio, os pratos chegaram frios a mesa. Da outra vez, só atendiam ao serviço de quarto, dos 4 sabores de pizza disponíveis, um que pedimos não tinha. O bar do lounge, apenas um balcão escondido ao lado da recepção com meia dúzia de bebidas, sem ninguém pra atender! O quarto, voltado pra avenida, era muito barulhento dificultando o sono, apesar das janelas anti ruído, que não cumpriam sua função. Banheiro: esse era triste demais! Um BOX MINÚSCULO, não era possível estender os braços... e o exaustor, muito barulhento, incomodava quem estava dormindo. A iluminação do banheiro tbm péssima, fiz a barba praticamente no escuro… Sinceramente, NÃO VOLTO!
