"The shared female room, where I was staying it was clean, simply & comfortable. The hostel is just a few steps away from the bus & tram station, which you can use for the Center. Very important is that the public bus for the airport runs from there too. The only thing, that I found “bad” were the showers. There was not a door but only a bath curtain, which make you feel uncomfortable while moving. "

"Self check in near to midnight worked seamlessly. Very short walk from the train station, centrally situated a short walk to the university, cathedral, harbour. Lots of cafes, shopping, very safe. Hostel was warmly heated so, very comfortable in cold January. Bathrooms clean, bed very comfortable and bedding clean. Hostel has a small kitchen if needed and there is a communal hairdryer stored there. too."

"But you need to get electronic key by phone; toilet and washroom in several meters from your room with some clients from other rooms."

"What a fabulous place to stay. Right in the heart of Helsinki. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Everything is brand new and sparkling clean. We have already booked to go back there. "

The spa is lovely, rooms are well done with all the amenities, fitness room is convenient, restaurant is wonderful, and it is close to public transport and a grocery store. It is a great location near the harbor and amazing local restaurants. Definitely eat pizza at the Pizzeria Via Tribunali."
