"I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. On the positive side, the staff provided excellent customer service, they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The room was spotless, the soundproofing was fantastic, and the hotel’s location is unbeatable; being so close to the station, airport, and tram made travel very easy. Uber Eats also found the location without any issues.
However, I encountered a significant issue in room 809. There was a strong drainage odor coming from the bathroom that persisted throughout my stay. While the reception team was helpful in providing cleaning supplies, and the cleaning staff did their best to resolve it, the smell remained an issue, making it difficult to spend time in the room or eat there. Additionally, the bathroom design caused water to flood the floor during showers, requiring extra towels. Regarding dining, as a vegetarian who doesn't eat eggs, the hot food options were very limited. While the staff kindly coordinated with the chef to provide daily potatoes, tomatoes, and mushrooms, more variety would be appreciated. Despite these challenges, I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and service, provided the plumbing issue is addressed."
