"It was bitterly cold… And I was delayed by wintry weather in Manchester Airport and arrived much later than expected… The hotel staff responded by email to my email telling them that I would be late… And had prepared my room with an oil filled radiator pumping away at 24 C when I arrived….wonderful service …for which many thanks to the courteous and considerate staff."

"+ Walking distance from airport There's a Aldi nearby. It's handy! - I felt lack of security. I can go directly to my room from carpark without passing any gates or corridors. Room was smelt of tobacco. Room was small and wall was paper thin. I only needed to put my head down for a night and refresh so served my purpose. "

"I had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. My room was lovely — very cozy bed, stylish bathroom, and even a fridge, which was super convenient. The whole place feels really well looked after. I stayed in autumn and it was so peaceful. There’s a beautiful little stream behind the hotel, and the pools and outdoor spaces look amazing — perfect for summer. The location is quiet and relaxing, though there aren’t many restaurants nearby. It’s about a 10-minute drive to Quillan. The staff were fantastic — really friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk service was excellent, and the waitress at the restaurant was lovely too. Parking on-site was easy and convenient. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pools and sunshine!"

"Its location is good as in the midle of the city center and the castle. Rooms are Small and have not been update in sometimes. Breakfast was just ok as both morning french toast or pancake serve cold , nothing warm and no meat or cheese something you would expect in France with a good croissant. It had à Small roof top patio to share with other quest that did provide a nice view but only positive note"
