Good stay

The property was as advertised and very clean.

The location was perfect, right next to shops and cafes, right on the Promenade next to the river. Beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable room. Even had laundry facilities available, although the laundry soap smelled like what they would use at a hospital.

The attic apartment was a great find! View of the main Neckar River bridge on one side and view of the Heidelberg castle on the other side!! Big bedroom, small kitchen, nice bathroom with shower, separate bathtub, 2 sinks! Just be prepared to walk up little stairs to the 5th floor, which was a bit hard with luggage but fine after that. And there is an underground parking structure about 2 blocks away if you bring a car or public transportation bus stops right in front of apartment.

Location was perfect. Bathroom and kitchen facilities both were great. The host dealt with a small issue during the late hours and for that I'm grateful. Tremendous value.

This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!
