The first room I was given did not have working toilet, while the second, given as a replacement, had shower cabin doors falling apart when you want to close them before using shower. "I reached there quite late, but my room key waited me at the front desk (open door to the reception), so it was a nice surprise. The room was absolute modern, clean, smart. I felt the designer smartness. Unfortunately I saw just one lady who was the receptionist, cooker, administrator, housekeeper in one, so I had to wait at least 15 mins until the lady finished a long phone conversation.
