"This is a wonderful property with so many great amenities. We were in town for a wedding so it was a quick trip and we were away most of the evening. Would have loved to have more time to stay. The apartment was exceptional! Having the extra 1/2 bath made all the difference with 3 adults traveling together. We will definitely be back when in the area next."

"Large apartment, very clean, new bathrooms, kitchen dated in our apartment, disappointed that cleaning fee of 25 Euro pppw was applied to all persons including children in our party aged 11,12,13 as this significantly increased expected cost by 150 euros for the week. "We had an amazing stay at Apart Relax. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a midweek of relaxing and hiking in the beautiful Ötztal. Jessica was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. She helped us pick some beautiful hiking trails and woke up earlier than usual for our early checkout. "Merano is a gorgeous mountain town. Aurora is right across the street from a famous thermal spa. The hotel has a helpful staff. Like so many places in Italy, it’s on a pedestrian street but they have an arrangement with a nearby parking garage and the parking just goes on your room charges."

"Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly. Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room). Definitely an overrated and overpriced hotel for the experience offered. "
