"The hotel has been excellent from the beginning. We were exhausted because of flight delay and couldn’t find the driver at the airport for pick up service. It was midnight and I should have be more careful, but they find the way to reach the driver soon and arranged us to arrive at the hotel safely. The room was also amazing. "The property was very clean and comfortable with an amazing restaurant. The room was much larger than it appeared in pictures and had a large bathroom and every amenity needed. The resort was wonderful except for the pool and jacuzzi area. The pool was very cold and appeared to be dirty or unfiltered. The hot tub was moderately warm but also appeared to be unfiltered as the emptied and refilled it daily. Not recommended to come to this resort for the pool. "

"We stayed for three nights after our hiking trip and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — a huge selection of fresh, local dishes that felt truly farm-to-table quality. We loved it so much that we decided to try the dinner buffet too, and it was just as delicious. We also enjoyed the spa services and one of the local tours offered by the hotel — both were excellent. The staff deserves special mention: every single person we met was pleasant, smiling, and genuinely cared about our comfort. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure every guest was happy. The gorgeous morning views were the perfect bonus to an already amazing stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and exceptional hospitality!"
