The Windsor Suites
I would definitely have given it five stars only the morning we were there, loud construction, drilling, banging near our room. We had to work downstairs in common area. We were notified of it at check in, but still affected our experience. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was awesome!

The Bellevue is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I love the old school architecture and the location is excellent. The walking distance to Academy of Music & The Kimmel Center is so ideal.
