I loved my stay here. Very clean and friendly staff. Room was extremely spacious (we got the one bedroom suite). I would have given it a 5 if they had an indoor pool. They will have an outdoor one soon, but the time we travel here it would be too cold for it. If not for that, we absolutely LOVED it!

Beautiful hotel, very nice decoration only 5 months old, rooms are specious and very well designed. the only complaint i have is the heating and AC unit right by the bed build in the wall and very loud.

On our trip from TX to PA we stayed at 5 different hotels. The Residence Inn at King of Prussia was the best by far. The room is well appointed, immaculate, comfortable, quiet, and has everything in the kitchen that one would need. There are outside grills for cooking; a clean and adequate size pool; and lovely outside seating. I am a very “picky” mom re: hotels for my family. I highly recommend this facility. When we return to PA for another visit, I will choose this one again! And, NO, I am not related to anyone- lol!

Pros: Good location for KoP. Staff was friendly. Rooms and facility are nice. Cons: Pillows were too flat and soft. I told staff garbage was thrown on floor by elevators three separate times and it was not cleaned up for two days. I complained about kids running around banging on doors and being noisy in the halls and nothing changed.

Pros: To start with Ms Carmen, the front desk staff was very helpful and kind. We booked 2 Queen studio rooms. She tried her best to give us the rooms close to each other. We requested late checkout which was accepted with no extra cost and she did make a note to add the new check out time in our reservation Rooms were spacious with all the amenities. Ample of parking facility. Location is a plus point with walmart/ mall closeby. You need not to go far to buy something especially in chilly winters. Cons: The breakfast, there were no vegetarian options at all, not everyone is non vegetarian. The breakfast area was small. The beds in queen studio were not queen size, the matress was smaller in size than the bed frame.In the shower area the water was splling out and I was about to fall. We had to put towels on the floor The shower door was half open that made water flowing out of the shower area. The shower drain in one of the room was clogged Luckily we had another room we took shower in the other room. We did notify the front desk staff about the drainage problem. Overall our stay was Ok A suggestion the bathroom should have more of extra towels and other supplies.

Everything was phenomenal. Room was a full apartment, 700 sq ft, full kitchen, eat in kitchen, full family room and huge bedroom. Everything brand new. Great breakfast every morning. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive and pet friendly. Every amenity you could imagine and right in the middle of everything. Very happy, will stay again if in the area.
