“Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly just be aware of the parking, whilst the car park was easy to find you can’t access a spot unless you have a key and prepare to line up some cars as you will be stuck, unfortunately there are no available spots outside the hotel to go and pay $25 for a key, so you will need to park elsewhere until you can organise parking, not the most ideal when you are tired from travelling, also the parking isn’t accessible from the hotel itself. “It was good to stay there. It was close to Coles Manuka and small shopping center as well as Telopia Park and Bowen Park. What a nice location! One probelm was that there were some cockroaches in the room. The manager(John) sent my room the specialist to get rid of them but it didn't work out 100%. Except for that part, I was mostly satisfied with this apartment. I appreciate John's kindness.”
