The property is currently undergoing renovation with loud construction noise 7am- 6pm on several floors. No fitness or spa facilities are available. No prior warning of these issues was given and the room rates have remained at full rate. Very disappointing and indicative of management attitude to guests.

Every time I come visit Phnom Penh Cambodia the hotel that O always stay is Green Palace Hotel. It has all facilities that you need from Spa, Gym and skybar. I highly recommend this place since it is price reasonable.

どこに行くにも便利です。 また、ホテルのビブスを着用しているトゥクトゥクもおり移動も安心できます。 ホテルはカンボジアでは珍しくバスタブがあります。 それだけで随分とストレスは軽減されました。 バスルーム全部が水浸しになるスタイルがほとんどだったので。 スタッフもとても感じがよいですし、ジムもあり、トータルでとても満足です。

Hôtel de bon standing, sans surprise.

Bon hôtel, d'un rapport qualité/prix honorable pour des français (mais très cher avec des critères cambodgiens). L'emplacement dans la ville est correct, même si l'environnement proche n'est pas exceptionnel. Calme dans les chambres. Aucune mauvaise surprise et pas de regret d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pour une nuit de transit à Phnom-Penh.

Basically everything is great about the hotel apart for the construction that was taking place next door and they start as early as 7am in the morning thus making it almost impossible to sleep beyond 7am

あまり感じの良くないホテル

今回の利用で３回目であったが毎回デポジットとして宿泊料金とほぼ同じ金額を要求される、理由は備品、家具等を壊した時の為だと説明されたが壊した時は必ず払うと説明したが納得されずとても感じが悪かった。部屋もあまり清潔感が無くシャワーもＨとＣの表示も説明も無く熱湯が出て火傷しようになった。今後は利用しない。

プノンペンのほぼ中心にあり観光にもとても便利　歩いて有名な観光地にも行ける（バイクタクシーやトゥクトゥクのドライバーはうるさいほど声をかけてくるがしつこくない）ホテル内も部屋は清潔でエアコンのききもばっちりバスタブもあり朝食 の種類も豊富　値段も手ごろで言うことなし　深夜１２時過ぎのテックインであったが笑顔で応対してくれた
